You may receive the following error when using Access Automation:

System.ApplicationException: Access Automation Import ---> System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {73A4C9C1-D68D-11D0-98BF-00A0C90DC8D9} failed due to the following error: 80070005 Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)).

Please make sure the current Windows user has the correct rights to start up the MSACCESS.EXE process.

If you are using the "Use Windows Task" option, you may need to increase the rights of the Windows Task:
  1. Open the Windows Task Scheduler (Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Task Scheduler).
  2. Edit the properties of the SyncAndSaveTimer task.
  3. Check off the "Run with highest privileges" option.
Note that if the "Run with highest privileges" option is set, Sync & Save can no longer automatically configure the SyncAndSaveTimer task.
