Problems connecting to cloud services

When you select Tools | Connect To... (QuickBooks Online, Dropbox, Box, Google Drive, Evernote), you may see a blank screen. This occurs because Sync & Save cannot browse to the web page used to authorize the selected cloud service.

To resolve this issue please add the following sites as Trusted sites in Internet Options:

To edit the list of Trusted sites in Internet Explorer, open Tools | Internet Options. Click the Security tab and select the Trusted sites zone. Click Sites to edit the list of trusted sites.
