System.ApplicationException: Can not cover from String to Number.

This error indicates that the value mapped to the @mobileNumber field of a Dispatch job can not be converted to a number. It may contain alpha characters or other formatting (e.g. "(", ")" or "-").

Note that the phone number sent to the @mobileNumber field must match a phone number configured on the Devices page of mydoforms in order for the dispatch to be sent directly to the device.
